All New Hires that show proof of their covid19 Vaccine will earn a $100 bonus upon starting Inside Sales Manager Oversee our team of Inside Sales Representatives to provide leadership and guidance to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer needs to support the plumbing and HVAC business with a focus on continuously improved customer service levels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, modify, and execute standards to increase efficiency and results of team's activities. Analyze customer opportunities, Wins/Loses, industry updates, and related internal reports to identify customer and market trends to find opportunities for process improvement. Proactively investigates and recommends new methods and resources to further streamline and/or increase productivity and efficiencies in branch customer service. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customer base while achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction. Attain targeted sales goals and performance through the effective management of the daily operations of the inside sales force. Responding promptly to client inquiries and ensure client issues are resolved. Cultivate strong working relationships with branch network, category management team, and leadership in Branch and Region. Resolve complex customer concerns regarding the sale/delivery of products with customer and internal departments such as operations and customer service. Manage team including establishing goals and objectives, assigning tasks, and reviewing work at frequent levels. Effective leadership of personnel concerns in alignment to Wolseley's code of conduct Coaching for development of team in individual and group performance KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS Post Secondary education in Business Administration or a related discipline or a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years' experience in supervisory position, preferably within a wholesale distribution environment, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated effective coach and development skills. Consistently meeting deadlines within a fast-paced work environment and works effectively within time constraints. Strong leadership and people management skills through supervising, providing feedback and mentoring or skills development. High level of commitment to exceptional customer service. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success working in a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work in a collaborative team-based environment. Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking. AS400, Quick Base, Expert Estimator experience would be an asset.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & OperationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
