7 Full-time 1 day ago Full Job Description It's fun to work in a company where people truly believe in what they are doing! The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for all out-bound and in-bound items at the Edmonton facility.
This includes pulling, packing, and processing outbound shipments as well as receiving and unpacking in-bound shipments.
The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is also responsible for data entry into our financial system to ensure accurate records are kept, inventory counts, and invoice management.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Shipping & Receiving Secures paperwork for out-bound shipments.
Picks orders and prepares Finished Goods for shipment.
Communicates with Operations and recipients regarding shipment status.
Ensures out-bound shipments are readily available for courier pickup.
Receives on all in-bound shipments.
Confirms quantity and quality of items from in-bound shipments.
Unpacks and sorts in-bound shipments.
Moves in-bound items to designated areas for use.
Inventory & Invoice Management Performs monthly inventory counts.
Closes sales orders when items have shipped.
Receives vendor invoices and submits for payment.
Sends customer invoices when billing is complete.
Receives and processes customer payments.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Certificate in business or related field.
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft suite.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Team player that can work independently.
Able to manage time in fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
